Lifetime Membership - Terms and Conditions

I acknowledge that I am signing up for The Transformation Club (TTC) Membership Program. The offer I have chosen is for one payment of $297 USD for a lifetime membership in TTC.

Intellectual Property Rights

All of the contents in this membership program have been created by Dr B based on her 30+ years of experience, expertise and training, or utilizes resources of others with attribution given. The contents of this membership program are for the use of the currently enrolled student only, and no one else.  It is not permitted to take any of the content from this membership program, whether handouts, videos, audios or other materials or information, and use them or share them outside of this membership program with friends, family, clients or customers of yours, either directly, via social media or in any other ways not herein mentioned without the express permission of Dr B. This holds true whether you are a currently enrolled student in this membership program or after you may decide to leave this membership program.

Permission to Contact You Via Email and SMS Text Messaging

TTC membership program information includes live training dates, live Q&A dates, private podcast episode release dates, text and email reminders of dates and times, and miscellaneous other information as it relates to TTC. With your enrollment in our TTC membership program, you agree to receive these messages. You may opt-out at any time, however, doing so means that you will not receive the regular notifications from Dr B to help you stay accountable and progress in the membership program.

Code of Conduct

All Dr B programs are committed to creating a safe, respectful, nurturing environment that allows you and every other student to explore their full potential.

You are expected to treat one another, as well as the trainer and/or coaches with courtesy and respect at all times. This includes written, verbal and visual interactions.

TTC will not tolerate discrimination, harassment or any behavior or language that is abusive, offensive or unwelcome. 

Keeping the following principles in mind will help to maintain the high standard of conduct expected of all students:

  • What is said and shared within TTC membership program stays in the program. Do not share anyone else’s story or personal information without their permission. 
  • As a student, you are here to learn and grow. Be open-minded, trainable/coachable, and listen when given constructive feedback.
  • Refrain from giving advice to others; you can share your own experience using “I” statements rather than suggesting what another student should do.
  • TTC training materials are for your personal use only and are not to be shared under any circumstances. TTC training materials in any form falls under the protection of intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use or distribution of any TTC materials will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law. 
  • Inappropriate behavior or comments should be brought to Team Dr B’s attention immediately. 

Consistent with the above, you are expected to do your utmost to create a supportive environment where everyone has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential and be free from harassment, intimidation, bullying, and discrimination.

All students are expected to follow the TTC Code of Conduct, both in letter and in spirit. Failure to do so will result in prompt corrective action. A warning may be issued; however, repeat violations or a single severe incident may result in a student being permanently removed from the membership program and no refunds will be given.

TTC creates a safe learning space for all. We rely on one another’s good judgment to uphold a high standard of integrity for the benefit of all. If you are ever in any doubt about the appropriateness of any action, the best thing to do is to ask first.

This code of conduct covers all of Dr B’s programs.

Cancellations or Refunds

Once enrolled, students may not cancel. Refunds will not be issued for withdrawals or non-participation.

Yearly Membership - Terms and Conditions

I acknowledge that I am signing up for The Transformation Club (TTC) Membership Program. The offer I have chosen is for a yearly payment of $357 USD for a one-year membership in TTC. Your membership will continue to renew every 12 months at that rate until you cancel. You are responsible for canceling your membership if and when you are ready.  If you wish to cancel your Membership in TTC and not have it renewed on its next renewal date, we require an email notification at least 7 business days in advance of your renewal date.  When your request is received, we will acknowledge it by email and proceed to set up your account for cancellation instead of renewal.  Please note that the yearly cost may increase at any time, and if you cancel and rejoin at a later date you will pay the current membership rate at your time of rejoining.
